Log these actions during a copy operation
This option enables you to have the following actions logged during a copy operation:
- Delete operations
- Copy actions
- Filtered items
- Backed up items
- File conflicts
- Structure conflicts
Log all files copied during a copy operation to a daily log file
This option causes information files copied during a copy operation to be written to a daily log file.
The log file is recreated every day with the format expression 'AllSyncYYMMDD.log' and is located in the Logs subfolder of the AllSync application folder.
This log file is used for all profiles and provides information about AllSync's daily copy volume.
The information is written to the log file in the following format:
date; time; profile name; source folder; destination folder; file name; file size in bytes;
date; time; profile name; source folder; destination folder; file name; file size in bytes;
Open log file for write access in Windows temp folder
This option causes the log file to be opened in the Windows TEMP folder for write access and to be moved to the profile folder after the copy operation.
Automatically remove entries from the profile log file when they are more than ... day(s) old
This option causes all entries to be removed from the log file upon starting a copy operation when they are older than the number of days specified by you.
Also note the time format option.
Forward log file via email
Activating this option causes the log to be sent to the email address(es) specified by you.
If there is more than one address, they have to be separated by a comma.
No emails can be sent unless you make all the settings for the mail server in the Options section.
When the email is to be sent:
The following settings are possible:- Always
- Only when an error occurs
- Only when changes occur
- Only when errors and changes occur
- Only when an error or a change occurs
Forward logged actions via email
Activating this option additionally causes the actions logged during the copy operation to be emailed. This option doesn't have any effect unless the Log these actions during a copy operation option is activated (Profile Properties – Options – Log).Send email for:

- AllSync Scheduler
- AllSync Scheduler Service
- Command Line
